Matt and I got away! By. Our. Selves. Together. Don't even ask us when the last time that happened was. My friend and former co-worker, Renee, got married in a beautiful black-tie wedding in Chicago at the W Hotel. It was our first Jewish wedding, so needless to say--it was an eye opening experience for us! :) It was also St. Patty's Day and Chicago is a super fun place to be for St. Patty's Day!
Thanks to Matt's parent for staying with the kids! They always have a blast and Alex had the Play-doh dug out before we even were out the door! Poor Grandma! Brecke got her fingernails and toenails painted for the first time too. Grandma said she sat really really still!
